If your order failed, the money will be refunded to your BlueBird account balance or to the source of payment at once. 


If you wish to receive refund to the source of payment, please submit a ticket to our Billing department providing order-replaced information, so that we can refund your money as soon as possible:


  • order ID
  • domain name
  • PayPal transaction ID or the last four digits of your credit card
  • the sum that was debited


When a payment fails, we will indicate the reason as well as a short description of its cause.


If your order wasn't successful, we recommend that you try to make your purchase once again using your BlueBird balance (if you have any) or another payment method.


A new receipt will be sent to the email address indicated in your account. 


If you experience any issues with you new order, you can submit a ticket with your request to our Billing department and we will help you make the purchase.
