If you would like to pay for the renewal of a hosting account that does not belong to you, you will need to do the following: 


  • Create a new BlueBird account and prefund it with the amount necessary for the package renewal. The instructions on how to add money to your hosting account can be found in this article. 
  • Submit a ticket to our Billing department and let us know the First and Last name and email address of the new BlueBird account. Once we receive your request, we will contact the account owner. If we receive no objections within the next 24 hours, we will withdraw the funds from your account and renew the package manually.


NOTE: We won't be able to provide you with access to the hosting account. Please get in touch with the account owner if you wish to gain access to it.
